COVID-19 UPDATE

Coronavirus Update

Northwestern and On Location are closely monitoring developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As of July 19, 2021, Ireland is welcoming visitors from North America who have valid proof of vaccination or have valid proof of recovery from COVID-19 in the last 180 days.

Travel Package Reservation Policies

On Location will undertake measures recommended by relevant international and local authorities to help mitigate the risk transmission of COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses, and the Event(s) may have enhanced health and safety measures in place due to the COVID-19 outbreak to prevent further spread of COVID-19. Purchaser (as well as any of Purchaser’s guests/ invitees) will be required to follow any policies or protocols put in place by On Location, the venue owner and/or operator, or any event organizer to attend the Event (collectively, the “Protocols”). Additionally, Purchaser and its guests should refrain from attending the Event if they believe they have come into contact with COVID-19 or are not feeling well. Purchaser, on behalf of itself and its guests/ invitees (including minors accompanying Purchaser or its guests/ invitees), acknowledges that COVID-19 is extremely contagious and that despite the measures On Location, the venue owner and/or operator, or any Event organizer have implemented to help mitigate the risk of transmission, the elimination of risk of exposure and infection to COVID-19 is not currently possible, in connection thereto it shall be the sole responsibility of Purchaser, as well as any of Purchaser’s guests/ invitees, including on behalf of any minors accompanying any of the foregoing, to utilize their best efforts to avoid any action or omission which may jeopardize their safety or the safety of others.

On Location is not responsible for cancellations by any illnesses or quarantines that may occur during the trip. We strongly urge all travelers to be fully vaccinated, be tested for COVID-19 before departing, and purchase travel insurance at the level of coverage that is right for them. On Location is not responsible if admittance into other countries or returning to the United States is not granted due to health screening, testing, or vaccination requirements not being met. On Location can assist guests in securing additional hotel accommodations or transportation services at the guest’s expense.

Should the game be canceled by the event producer or participating institutions because of COVID-19, On Location will refund all active land program reservations. Airline rules apply for all flight reservations.
